Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SourceB's Never Miss a Call AI receptionist service ("Service") purchased through sourceb.ca.

Service description

SourceB provides a configured AI receptionist that answers inbound calls, captures caller information, sends summaries and transfers calls according to your instructions.

Subscription and fees

The Founding Plan is CA$149/month plus a one-time setup fee of CA$199. Usage beyond 200 included minutes per month is billed at CA$0.35 per minute. Fees are charged through our hosted payment provider.

Setup and activation

After payment, you must complete onboarding. SourceB configures and tests your receptionist before activation. Activation timelines vary based on configuration complexity.

Cancellation

You may cancel future subscription billing through the hosted billing portal. Cancellation stops future monthly charges but does not refund fees already paid unless required by our refund policy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate business information, lawful use of the Service, and compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as described. SourceB is not liable for missed calls caused by telephone provider outages, misconfigured call forwarding or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
