Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SourceB's AI Receptionist service ("Service") purchased through sourceb.ca.

Service description

SourceB provides a configured AI receptionist that answers inbound calls, captures caller information, sends summaries and transfers calls according to your instructions.

Subscription and fees

The Business Automation Assessment is a one-time fee of CAD $295; if you proceed with setup within 30 days, the full assessment fee is credited toward your setup fee. Managed packages are offered on "from" pricing: Essential (setup from CAD $299, from $499/month), Growth (from CAD $3000, from $799/month) and VIP (from CAD $6000, from $1200/month). Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal. On acceptance, 50% of the setup fee is invoiced; the remaining balance is due before verified go-live, and recurring monthly billing begins only after go-live. Usage beyond 200 included minutes per month is billed at CAD $0.35 per minute through our hosted payment provider.

Setup and activation

After payment, you must complete onboarding. SourceB configures and tests your receptionist before activation. Activation timelines vary based on configuration complexity.

Cancellation

You may cancel future subscription billing through the hosted billing portal. Cancellation stops future monthly charges but does not refund fees already paid unless required by our refund policy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate business information, lawful use of the Service, and compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as described. SourceB is not liable for missed calls caused by telephone provider outages, misconfigured call forwarding or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
