Refund Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026

Setup fee

The one-time setup fee covers initial configuration, business knowledge setup and a test call. Once configuration work has begun, the setup fee is non-refundable.

Monthly subscription

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. If you cancel through the billing portal, you will not be charged for future billing periods. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.

Service issues

If your AI receptionist is not activated within a reasonable time after onboarding, or if there is a material service failure on our part, contact us at support@sourceb.ca and we will work to resolve the issue or discuss appropriate remedies.

Usage overages

Usage charges beyond your included minutes are non-refundable once billed.
