Website enquiries and voice consultations

When you send a request through a form on sourceb.ca, we collect the details you choose to share (name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, business details, and your notes) and use them only to review your request and contact you. So our team can respond quickly, new requests are also delivered to us through messaging services such as Telegram and WhatsApp.

If you try the live voice consultation on our website, a transcript of that conversation is kept and attached to your request so the team can follow up on exactly what you asked for.

How we use information

We use your information to provide, configure and support your AI receptionist, process payments, send call summaries and service notifications, and improve our service.

Call data

Call transcripts, recordings and summaries may be generated as part of the service. We retain this data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

We use trusted third-party providers for payment processing, telephony and email delivery. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
